GP Stage 3 Written Prioritisation Exercise 25

You are an ENT SHO and have the following five jobs which need to be addressed before the end of your shift in one hour. You are required to leave on time in order to attend a family wedding this evening.
​
A. You have left your mobile phone in the car and would like to retrieve this.
B. Theo, the Charge Nurse has asked to speak to you about Mrs Annabelle Jenkins, a 38 year old patient discharged last week from A&E who has since made a complaint. You recall that the patient presented with epistaxis, and was sent home the same day after nasal packing.
C. A&E have bleeped you about a patient with epistaxis that isn't responding to nasal packing.
D. Your registrar has asked if you could attend main theatres, in order to complete a discharge summary for a patient that he completed a tonsillectomy on.
E. You need to contact the dry cleaners to make sure that your wedding suit is ready for collection.
