A. There is a practice meeting due to start in 10 minutes which intends to discuss a range of practice issues. Your supervisor and the practice manager have asked you to attend.
B. You forgot your lunch at home and as such you need to go to the shops down the road to purchase some lunch.
C. You sent your first patient of the morning in to hospital with non-specific abdominal pain, and you intended to follow up on his progress.
D. The pharmacist has called the surgery asking to speak to any of the doctors about a prescription that was written by one of the GP Partners yesterday. The relevant GP is now away on holiday for the next week.
E. The reception staff have informed you about a patient in the waiting room who reports having an 11:30 appointment with the 'duty doctor' although on reviewing the online booking system, it appears that all of the morning patients have been seen.
