Mr Wolfe is a young 18-year-old man who presents at your pharmacy complaining about a tingling sensation at the corner of his mouth that has started to become increasingly painful and blistering. He explains that the first time it went away on its own but he is worried that it is coming back and would like to know why. He is worried because someone mentioned that he may have a sexually transmitted infection and he would like advice on what you think this is and if he should take paracetamol to treat it.
